DIKO designs automatic assembly lines based on its own idea and using components of reliable and recognised manufacturers. Thanks to a broad experience in the industry, we are capable of designing tailor-made assembly lines.
The automatic assembly lines are sets of assembly machines that are interconnected by conveyors and collectively participate in the assembly procedure. This is how we can automate the entire process, rather than one operation.
Although machines cannot catch up with humans in terms of intelligence, they prove much better when repeatability and high precision are required. In effect the automatic assembly lines come as a profitable investment. Thanks to them, it is possible to keep the production going and make it an ongoing process. By eliminating a human factor from the assembly process, it is allowed to avoid mistakes made by human workers, which in turn translates into lower production costs and higher employee security as human-operators do not need to perform hazardous operations or work in harmful conditions.
The automatic assembly lines are versatile, and when properly designed and programmed can be used in numerous industries, such as automotive, electronics, food, pharmaceutical, construction and many other. The assembly lines can perform simultaneously such operations as twisting, riveting, compressing, welding, gluing, greasing, siliconising, pressing and many other tasks. Diko manufactures assembly lines for such applications as installation of brake calipers, assembly of differentials, car half-shafts and air suspension.
The inspection of the status and identity of particular components during assembly is very important as it widely determines continuity of production and final result. With regard to traditional assembly lines, when most operations are performed by humans, it is easy to overlook something, and this is why it is a difficult task. The automatic assembly lines are equipped with a series or sensors and vision systems that assure effective and precise inspection of the status and identity of particular components.
Investing in the automatic assembly lines in the company, you can expect a substantially faster assembly process, increase in production flow and elimination of the so-called bottle neck, that is processes in the production chain that limit efficiency and capacity of the entire system. Additionally, all assembly processes are constantly supervised and inspected by special systems that make sure the work is correct and that the finished product meets all design- and quality-related requirements. Thanks to this, the role of the human worker is considerably reduced, and the entire production process may be continuous and result in increase in company’s profits.

The cooperation starts with the request for proposal, followed by the visit in the client’s premises in order to get familiar with his requirements. Once our proposal has been created and showed, we negotiate its terms with the client so that both parties are satisfied. Afterwards we proceed to design, assemble, program and test the automatic assembly line. When everything is satisfying, we install the assembly line in the client’s facility and then sign the takeover report.
During the term of the guarantee cover, the client is provided with a permanent servicing support that is very fast as the response to the failure report comes within 12 hours (subject to availability, excluding bank holidays and on condition that the spare parts package has been purchased). Additionally every component of the automatic assembly line is covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee.
