The cooperation starts with the request for industrial robot proposal, followed by the visit in the client’s premises. Based on the collected information, a proposal adapted to the client’s requirements and expectations is drawn up. Once our proposal has been showed, we negotiate its terms with the client so that both parties are fully satisfied. After concluding the agreement, we proceed to construct and program industrial robots. All of these processes are performed in regular cooperation with the client. When everything is ready, the industrial robot is subject to detailed testing in order to check its proper operation. Next the machine is installed in the client’s facility. Finally the industrial robot takeover report is signed and all required information and documents are handed to the client.
Please remember that our cooperation does not end upon signing the agreement as well as programming and installing the industrial robot.
Every industrial robot we deliver is covered by a 24-month guarantee and additional guarantee cover for particular components, granted by the manufacturer.
