CASE STUDY DIKO/SIEMENS – MILLING MACHINE
In DIKO Polska, we prove that we are capable of creating unique machines that satisfy completely new requirements.
A perfect example is our latest project – a precise solution intended for aluminium treatment for the purposes of the automotive industry.
The machine composed of two main components, that is an automatic feeder and milling room which holds three autonomous three-axis millers and a cutting saw, allows automation of the major production processes within one device.

INDUSTRY 4.0 MADE IN WROCŁAW WEBINAR
As part of the webinar entitled Industry 4.0 Made in Wrocław, representatives of DIKO and Balluff showed the solutions adopted in their facilities on a daily basis. These were among others the machine condition monitor system, temperature recording systems. The Hybrid Line system was thoroughly described. It allows fixing several types of terminals, which replaces old systems that allow monitoring single types. As part of the Industry 4.0 webinar, DIKO and Balluff representatives also demonstrated modern methods of collecting and analysing data.

VI TURCK AUTOMATIC MACHINE CONFERENCE
The VI Turck Automatic Machine Users Meeting Conference was a source of big load of new knowledge. As part of 20-years’ anniversary of the company, on the 7-8th of October 2020, in Hotel 500 in Strykowo, near Łódź, we took part in the official conference dedicated to essential matters related to the world of automatics. There is a good reason to celebrate. For 20 years of its existence, Turck has created 30 branches around the world, and established cooperation with partners from as many as 60 countries! This is a big success, particularly in the face of recurring crises and growing prices.

WINKELMANN AWARDS 2021
Our company was distinguished during the Winkelmann Awards ceremony that was held on the 8th of September 2021 in Ahlen. It is a remarkable honour to receive the award for the best supplier in the “Indirect + Invest” category. The Winkelmann Awards award for the best suppliers is granted every four years to companies from the Winkelmann group of suppliers. Other awarded companies were Gotec, an Indian company, and Sybit GmbH, a German firm.
